Budget must be passed by Aug 26

The delay of budget debate to August 24 will not have effect to budgetary calendar because the constitution requires 105 days of House of Representative to be passed into law. Anyway under the constitution the bill would be considered as it has been passed by the house of Representative, if the vote could not be called by August 26. On August 20 House Speaker ordered the budget bill debate would be delayed to August 24. The house just finished considering the bill only 16 of 32 article

In my opinion, I think the debate should be carefully considered because it has to clarify for proving that it no corruption. Soon or far is not much as necessary as the accuracy of the working of government.

Autopsies of red shirts to be released

The autopsy results of red shirt protester which is killed during the unrest situation in Ratchaprasong will be disclosed by the Justice Ministry on August 23. Chief of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) said the ministry hold a press conclusion on the result. Early, the Center for the Resolution of the Emergency Situation (CRES) ask the ministry for the explanation in an order to respond in the wrong ways by the red shirts that the army use too much force and use force in not correct way with prisoners and the bodies of the dead.

In my opinion, I think is well to disclose the investigation because people have to know what is the true and the explanation should be declare as soon as possible. Everyone has to respect the law and observe follow it.

Sea turtles hatch in Chiang Mai

Half of 169 turtle eggs have being fostered at Chiang Mai Zoo aquarium. The eggs are part of a turtle festival at the aquarium. This event is organized by a cooperation Chiang Mai Zoo and the navy's Sea Turtle Conservation Center. The other eggs are expected to hatch with in the next few days. The conservation center will foster the turtles for 5-6 months then they will be released into the open sea. The climate in Chiang Mai is cooler than the sea level which mean more male turtles than the females.

In my opinion, I think the conservation center is a good place for newly hatched turtles to stay in the early life because they don't have to feed themselves. In the early life, it is hard to do everything by themselves. But if they stay at there they can grow in a safe and easy place and then when grow up they can take care of themselves. They will be released to the open sea.

The green master plan

It is not just a concept. Mahidol University now fosters the real green plant at Salaya campus. A filling pathway with green plants makes more calm in campus. Salaya campus is at the leading edge of university learning experience. Now the university is legislating the 2008 master plan. The five-year strategy aims to make student love and care about environment. The university also has public trams and public bicycles for student to transport in the campus.

In my opinion, I think Salaya campus can be a leader to lead other campuses make policies about save environment and power like an idea "save the world save an energy". All of the things in this concept can save our world such as public tram, public bicycle and a lot of green plants.

Airport link to start financial service

The electric train linking from Makkasan station to Suvarnabhumi airport, airport link, will start commercial operation on 22 August 2010. Governor of the Sate Railways of Thailand said The airport link had been launch a test run system since June 1. An average 17,000 passengers used as the free ride service per day. The face in normal running from Phaythai station to any station is 15 bath each station, but the fare will be 100 bath for the express trains from Makkasan Station to Suvarnabhumi Airport without stopping in other station. The special price will be maintained by the end of the year.

In my opinion, this rail line will gain a lot of money because the way that it lie on need some transportation that fast, safe and comfortable. In addition to this train run from airport through Bangkok Downtown so many tourists can transport easier.

King Power seeks football academy

The takeover of Leicester City football Club in England by chairman and CEO of King Power group will benefit his business. The revelation of King Power in the international market will raise as its corporate name will show on player shirt for 3 years. He refuses to disclose the value but he will reduce from 100% share in the club to 51% in the future. He also plans to establish football academy in Thailand and hope this thing will be the way to give a chance to youths to play in international league. Now he is preparing to open the first Leicester City souvenir outlet at King Power duty-free at Suvarnabhumi Airport in September.

In this article, I think the takeover of English football club will be a good promote for King Power Group because its business is about duty-free which is an international business. This will make more people know King Power. It also a good chance in youths football Thai circles by the football academy.

Ministry of Information and Communication Technology said ICT is the way to strengthen the economy and solve the social gap problem by increasing the amount of smart people, the public's knowleage and the availability of high-speed internet. There are 7 strategies of delopment to start this vision. First starting to build a next generation basical structure to allow equal access to high-speed internet, with a goal to achieve 80 percent of population by 2015, 3.4 percent more than today. Next building more highly skilled professtional and new skill potential. The third is to build the ICT industry to become more competitive. Then the use of domestic products will be encourage. Furthermore providing intelligent and mixed service. Moreover e-Government services are not good, widely used and accessible to people. Finally Free trade and freedom investment showed a chance to gain new talented people.

In my opinion, It is good strategies to develop the country. The equal society is also one of the biggest problem too. If this plans is work. It will be a good thing because nowdays there are lots of problem in Thailand. I hope this plans will be achieve once day.

Five more Imax Theater

Imax Crop has a plan that is builds more theater in Asia to about 140 within 2012. Don Savant, Imax's senior vice president and managing director in Asia Pacific, said Asia is the fastest growing company's market. He plans to build more 70 new theater by 2012. In this plan the company signs a deal with Major Cineplex Group, worth 5 million US dollar, to build another five more Imax digital theaters in Thailand. Vicha Poolvaraluck, chairman of Major Cineplex Group, said the company will invest more than 300 million bath to build another five theaters in next three years too. The budget includes 5 million US dollar to buy theater systems. Major Ratchayothin and Esplanade Ngam Wong Wan is the first two Imax digital theater that will be started services by the end of this year. Another two will be started service at new location in Bangkok and side-country.

In my opinion, It is quite good to have more 3D theaters in Thailand because at present it doesn't have a lot of 3D theater. This will be starting of 3D experience. The 3D theaters are good theaters. It can make people enjoy more than normal theater.

Thai filmmaker win award at South Korea's Asia Art Award

Filmmaker, Apichatpong Weerasetakul, won a top prize at South Korea's Asia Art Award with his 2009 short film "Phantoms of Nabua". He received a prize, the award and 20 million won (about 576,000 bath) at a ceremony at Seoul Olympic Museum of Art. Prof Apinan Poshyananda, deputy permanent secretary of Thai Culture Minisry, said "A Thai filmmaker winning the award proves that the film industry and contemporary art in Thailand are of a high standard in the Asian context". The film is made in Nakhon Phanom, the village of Nabua, which locates near Thai-Laos frontier. The aiming of this award arm encourage and promote young artist up to 40 years old. He wins this award because he tells history in an easy way to understand.

In my opinion, I think it is another pride of Thai people that there are still have Thai people won award from the international stages. it is an example for young filmmaker who want to be successful artists.

Thailand ready to talk with China about rail link

Thailand and China would like to talk about co-investment in Thailand's new standard-gauge rail link and high-speed train project in this month. Mr Korbsak Sabhavasu, secretary of Prime Minister, set up two committees to analyze the projects on 5/08/2010. The high-speed rail line from Suvarnabhumi airport to Rayong on the Eastern Coast through Pattaya and Laem Chabang. Laos and Nong Khai in Thailand's northeast to connect with Malaysia and Sigapore. A new standard-gauge rail line is estimate to cost 300 billion baht. The high-speed rail project linking is estimate to cost 30 billion bath. Mr Korbsak Sabhavasu said two committees were required to achieve thier study in two weeks. The new rail line will benefit travel in region as the trains network. It lies on China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia and Sigapore. The new train will run at 200 kilometers an hour and 1,000-kilometers old rail lines in Thailand must be developed. It will take 3 years to build with investment fund, 170 billion bath. Although Signing deal with China will success or not, this development must be done.

In my opinion, it is a good chance to develop Thailand rail lines because train is the most important transportation in Thailand and we have trains for long times ago without developing

Thai Tiger Airways

Thai Airways International president, Piyasvasti Amranand, have a conference with Finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij, Newin Chidchob, Transport Minister Sohpon Zarum and Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban at his office on 2 August 2010 about Thai Tiger Always. Transport Minister has indicated dismay about the THAI president's haste to establish a new airline because he has only two days before the day of decision to establish new airline. He said, "It has not enough time to consider about this project". Mr. Sohpon needs an explantion from Mr. Piyasvasti because if this project has something wrong Transport Minister has to take responsibility.

This article I think is not necessary to haste to establish they need times to consider this project a lot for the new, correct and good airline.
